What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have 12 Distribution Sites across the United States. Your Delivery Charges are based on your Zip | Postal Codes. You will be able to see the delivery charges prior to submitting your Orders. We have excellent rates from our Shipping Partners FedEx, United States Postal Services (USPS) and UPS.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our Trusted Partner for Payment Receipt are done via Following Payment Partners: 1 = PayPal Credit 2 = All Major Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express via PayPal You do not have a PayPal account your Credit Card.

How long will delivery take?

With our 12 Distribution Sites in the United States, we are able to delivery MOST of our products as Next Day Delivery or within 1-2 days. We also have special order products that may take up to 2-3 weeks. In very Rare Cases, we will have our products showing as if they are available to order, and then the product becomes out of stock. In these cases, the availability for shipping will depend on when the manufacturer will replenish our products. In these rare cases, it will be approximately 2-3 weeks. But don,t worry, we will ensure we get you the product – so don,t pan manufacturer’s on your behalf!

Holiday Delivery Schedules will vary based on the Shipping Partners we work so please ensure you have your order submitted prior to major holidays to guarantee successful delivery to you and your pet.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once an Order is placed on, we will recieve it on our end.
1 = A Date time stamped will be provided to us to show us that you placed your order.
2 = We will send you a notification via email that we received your order.
3 = We will begin fuifilling your Order as soon we get it, trust us we are working hard on getting you and your furry friends your product.
4 = Once the Order is Fulfilled (Means that it is gathered and placed toghter for your Order,we will pack the order)
5 = Once it is packed, it will be labelled with your address
6 = Once it is packed with your label, we will ensure that it is shipping out in the delivery schedule.
7 = It will be picked up by the Shipping Partners
8 = It will be delivered on route to your requested place of delivery
9 = Arrive at your location

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All Orders will receive and Invoice for their Order. This will be emailed to you and you will also received it with your delivery package
